She has expertise in alternative healthcare financing strategies, enabling companies to save on healthcare premiums. Also skilled in voluntary insurance, which she uses for employers in recruiting and retention. Karras’ passion is helping organizations succeed.

In her free time, Karras enjoys spending time with her husband and two young daughters, making memories and creating a strong bond. She values spending time with family and friends, cheering on the Seahawks, concerts, and traveling. Golfing is another passion of Karras’, and she takes every opportunity to hit the greens and perfect her game.
